Preventive and advisory work

In legal advisory for healthcare professionals and businesses, the focus is on preventing and managing risks related to professional practice. Her work includes drafting and reviewing contracts, informed consent forms (Termos de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido — TCLE), medical records, and legal protection documents; regulatory and health surveillance compliance for clinics; and guidance on medical advertising, employment relationships, and civil liability.

Litigation and Health Law

In litigation, she has experience defending physicians and healthcare professionals in court proceedings, preliminary inquiries, and professional ethics proceedings before Medical Councils, as well as in matters related to medical and hospital liability in the civil and criminal spheres. She also practices Health Law, particularly in matters involving health plans, treatments, medications, procedures, and access to medical care.

Teaching and training

Beyond her legal practice, she contributes to the dissemination of legal knowledge through courses, talks, training sessions, and professional development programs for physicians, clinics, and healthcare professionals, and she is a co-author of the book “Diálogos em Direito Médico Preventivo.” At the head of MSC Advocacia, her work is guided by prevention, legal certainty, and the development of strategies aimed at protecting professionals and businesses before conflicts arise.
